Return Policy

At DollarLocks.com, we stand behind our quality products. If for any reason, your shipment does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise.

  • Merchandise is accompanied with a copy or original BOM from DollarLocks.com.
  • Merchandise is returned in its original packing.
  • Merchandise has not been installed.
  • Merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
  • Merchandise was defective.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.

Exceptions

  • Returns may be made within 30 days after receiving your product(s).
  • Exchanges may only be made 60 days after receiving your product(s), restocking fees will still apply

Contact us via email at orders@dollarlocks.com to begin the return process. State the product, order number and reason for return in the message area. You will receive an RGA (return goods authorization) number by email within 48 hours. Be sure to include your RGA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit. Note: If you return a product to us without an RGA number, your return could be subject to additional restocking fees.

  • Send all products in original packing materials, including manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
  • We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery in their original shipping materials. Be certain the items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to us.
  • You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. If your return arrives with internal damage you will be notified and you will have the option to file a claim with your shipping agent.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note, we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please allow 14-21 days for processing of your return. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
